Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Finance Analyst – OTC to support Finance & Accounting operations with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role involves handling Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, Bad Debt Management, MIS Reporting, Stakeholder Management, and Process Improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to support team performance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OTC / F&A operational activities and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.

• Resolve stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Maintain and update SOPs and ensure process compliance.

• Identify process gaps and drive efficiency and improvement initiatives.

• Support team collaboration, training, and cross-functional activities.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and a strong financial control environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, MBA, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts from Nagpur.
