The Opportunity

Take the lead in driving end-to-end General Ledger operations, financial close, reporting, compliance, and team performance in a global finance environment.

We’re looking for a finance leader with strong GL expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders, teams, and critical financial processes.

What You’ll Lead

• Own end-to-end General Ledger operations, including journals, accruals and reconciliations.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.

• Review Balance Sheet reconciliations, P&L and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS and SOX controls.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

• Partner with AP, AR, FP&A and Tax teams.

• Manage escalations and senior stakeholder communication.

• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

Must Have

• 12–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent finance/accounting graduation.

• Strong expertise in General Ledger, Journal Preparation, Reconciliation, Reporting and Month-End Close.

• Good understanding of IFRS/GAAP.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

Good to Have

• Trial Balance and P&L review/consolidation experience.

• Shared Services/BPO or global finance operations experience.

• Multi-country accounting exposure.

• Experience managing teams of 10+.
