Job Description

We are hiring a TPRM Analyst to assess and manage third-party risks, conduct supplier due diligence, classify risk levels, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, and collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management and due diligence

• Third-Party Risk Analysis

• Supplier Due Diligence

• Risk Management

• SOC 2 Controls & Compliance

• Experience with TPRM tools

• Experience with ERP and risk management tools

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Vendor Management

• Vendor Qualification

• Legal/Paralegal certification

• Knowledge of international contracts and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess third-party risks and conduct impact assessments

• Classify third parties as High, Medium or Low risk

• Conduct third-party due diligence and monitor mitigation activities

• Ensure compliance with TPRM requirements and internal policies

• Maintain TPRM databases, repositories, records and audit trails

• Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation

• Prepare reports on due diligence, risk levels and mitigation status

• Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field with minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
