We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist – Darwin to manage international benefits administration, benefits and payroll operations, incidents, defects, and system integrations within the Darwin benefits administration platform. The role requires strong experience in international (non-US) benefits, excellent problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to coordinate with payroll teams, vendors, and international clients.

The candidate will be responsible for managing JIRA incidents and benefits data issues, monitoring integration failures, coordinating with vendors for resolution, and supporting payroll completion activities through Darwin. The role also involves reviewing pre- and post-payroll queries, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate benefits data is transferred to payroll.

The specialist will manage annual benefits enrollment and ad-hoc benefits activities, including reviewing and approving eligible exceptions for qualified life events such as marriage and childbirth. The role also includes maintaining benefits portal content and updating vendor-related information when required.

The candidate will prepare, analyze, and publish periodic benefits reports, ensuring accurate and structured reporting for internal stakeholders and clients. Strong knowledge of Workday HR, MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis, and MS Office is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in international benefits administration, critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, JIRA/ticket management, and stakeholder communication. Experience with pilot processes and process documentation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage benefits-related incidents, JIRA tickets, and data issues through resolution.

• Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.

• Support Darwin payroll workflows and process completion activities.

• Review pre- and post-payroll queries and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.

• Manage annual benefits enrollment and qualified life-event exceptions.

• Maintain and update benefits portal content based on vendor changes and updates.

• Generate, analyze, and publish periodic benefits reports.

• Coordinate with international clients, payroll teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Drive defect resolution, process improvements, and operational activities.

• Support pilot processes and prepare process documentation when required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in International Benefits Administration (Non-US).

• Experience with Darwin benefits administration and payroll workflows.

• Strong Project Management and defect-resolution capabilities.

• Experience with JIRA and incident/ticket management.

• Strong Workday HR and MS Office knowledge.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills.
