Procurement Operations – Russian Language Expert

Job Overview

We are looking for a Russian Language Expert to support procurement operations. The role involves handling Russian-language requests, supporting procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring SLA and quality adherence, and coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

Key Skills

• Russian Language Proficiency – Read, understand and communicate process-related information

• Basic knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations

• Understanding of PR/SC handling and PO creation support

• MS Office proficiency

• Customer Quality & Productivity awareness

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Russian-language support for procurement operations.

• Receive and review PR/SC requests and support PO creation.

• Interpret Russian-language inputs and communicate relevant information accurately.

• Process requests while maintaining accuracy, productivity and SLA adherence.

• Ensure products and requests are processed within defined timelines.

• Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries.

• Follow up on open items and adhere to the defined escalation matrix.

• Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.

• Follow standard operating procedures, training manuals and quality guidelines.

• Identify and support implementation of process improvements.

• Maintain effective communication and business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in client calls and business communications as required.

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly productivity and quality metrics.

• Comply with internal requirements and complete assigned activities within deadlines.

• Maintain personal development plans in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
