Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
•Commerce Graduate with good understanding of Finance and Accounting (F&A), CA (Inter), Qualified C.A.

Must Have Skills:
Language: English, knowledge of other language shall be an added advantage
Experience: 7-8 years in RTR function with good accounting and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel and ppt
ERP platform: Experience of working on SAP, IFS (preferable)
Tools: Blackline, OneStream, Tableau working knowledge will be preferable

Good-to-Have Skills:
RTR -Prepare and finalize regulatory and management reporting. Close books and consolidate financial results, Manage accounting system, Intercompany accounting, Record transactions – journals

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Customer expectation management (Delivery counterpart within the client organization)
- Handle day-to-day deliverables, manage process level volumes within SLAs
- Ensure quality of deliverables meeting Customer KPIs defined for the project
- Delivering continuous improvement initiatives in individual area
- Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required, in accordance with expected accuracy, timeliness and accessibility
