The role is open to candidates from any domain or background, provided they have completed at least **15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)** and possess strong German speaking and writing skills. The role will support HR operations activities in the **Hire to Retire (HRO)** process and requires flexibility for 24/7 shift timings.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Support **HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO)** process activities
* Handle communication and support tasks in **German language**
* Coordinate on HR operational activities and process-related tasks
* Work with internal teams while maintaining process accuracy and timelines
* Use **MS Office** for operational and reporting tasks
* Support day-to-day HR process execution in a work-from-office environment

## Required Skills:

* Strong proficiency in **German speaking and writing**
* Good communication skills
* Experience or understanding of **HR Operations / Hire to Retire**. Experience here in HR Operations is not complusory
* Working knowledge of **MS Office**
