Role Overview

TCS is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support HR technology, HR data management, and HR system optimization. The role focuses on maintaining HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR reporting and analytics, configuring HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR teams to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HRIS data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Configure HRIS workflows, fields, and system modules.

• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.

• Support HRIS upgrades, testing, and system implementations.

• Develop recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.

• Analyze HR data and provide business insights.

• Conduct HR data audits and quality checks.

• Support Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and HR Operations.

• Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews and compensation planning.

• Create user guides, SOPs, and training documentation.

• Deliver HRIS training to HR users and managers.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of HRIS / HR Operations / HR Analytics experience.

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Infor preferred).

• HR Data Management.

• HR Reporting.

• HR Analytics.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).

• System Configuration.

• HR Process Knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
