Role: VOD Team Member

I. JOB SUMMARY

Unique ID findings in the third party database based on partner Metadata

Daily tickets handling to triage the issues as per the given instructions 

Communicate with POCs effectively with good articulation when required

Seek clarifications by mail where required. Calls not allowed

QA data preparation during new partner onboardings

Daily/Weekly report submission 

Monitor and maintain the Operations within SLAs. 

Manage escalations where appropriate.

II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Manage all metadata requests as primary workflow, will be cross trained in 2 other workflows as secondary workflow

Cross utilize as required by Team Lead

Communicate and handle escalated issues and work closely with internal, XFN teams and vendors/providers

Suggest workflow improvements based on practical implementation

III. EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & WORK DETAILS

1-2 Years experience in Operations

Graduate

Mandatory Work From Office

Shift - 9pm to 6am IST, no rotation - permanent night shift as has to communicate regularly with teams & stakeholders in US

This is a BPO process and not IT
