Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly preferred

• Good to have: MS Excel, Strong English Communication

Job Description:

• Prepare and assist in long-term and short-term budgets and forecasts

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost, expenses, and capital expenditures

• Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze reasons for variances

• Provide detailed insights and commentary on financial performance and unusual trends

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand variances and provide accurate analysis

• Manage and enhance budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling tools

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboards

• Drive process improvements and evaluate ROI for various business initiatives

• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making

• Provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management

• Support senior management and department heads with in-depth financial analysis
