Job Title: Senior Transition Manager – US Healthcare BPO

Experience: 15+ Years (with 3+ years in US Healthcare BPO Transitions)
Band: BPO 7 / 8

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end transitions within the US Healthcare BPO domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transitioning processes like Claims Adjudication, Appeals, and Benefit Configuration, along with excellent stakeholder management and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transition projects ensuring on-time go-lives with zero escalations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless execution

• Drive governance through standardized dashboards and executive reporting

• Manage client interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Identify risks and proactively mitigate transition challenges

• Ensure compliance with process standards and organizational guidelines

• Provide insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization

• Manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines effectively

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions
  (Claims Adjudication, Appeals, Benefit Configuration)

• Strong expertise in Transition Management

• Experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Proficiency in Data Visualization & Reporting tools

Must Have Competencies

• Proven experience in US Healthcare BPO transitions

• Strong stakeholder & client management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to manage complex, large-scale transition programs

Good to Have

• Experience in defining analytics strategy, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
