Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary custodian of brand knowledge, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content.

• Develop and execute brand content strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Partner with brand teams, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to create impactful content.

• Translate brand strategy into engaging, scalable content across multiple channels.

• Build effective KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement strategies.

• Guide campaign execution while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

• Monitor content performance and recommend continuous improvements.

• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and content best practices.

Required Skills

• 12–16 years of experience in Brand Content, Marketing, Content Strategy, or Healthcare Communications.

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.

• Experience working with healthcare audiences, KOL engagement, and multichannel campaigns.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent.

• Preferred: MSc, PhD, Pharmacy, or MD.

• Graduation is mandatory.
