Good-to-Have Skills:

•     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

•     Experience: 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience.

•     ERP & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required.

•     Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks.

•     Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

•     Tools: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data tables) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
