Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – HRIS to lead end-to-end HR operations delivery within a global HRO environment. The role focuses on HRIS platforms, payroll compliance, service delivery, client management, and digital transformation, leveraging Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver operational excellence and ensure compliance with US payroll statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on HRIS-driven operations.

• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across HR service lines.

• Manage US payroll statutory compliance, taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders for governance reviews and service improvement.

• Ensure HR and payroll data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.

• Act as the escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.

• HRIS or Payroll certifications preferred.

• 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Delivery, or HRO Service Management.

• Experience with HRIS implementation and payroll operations.
