Job Title: Purchasing & Administration Specialist

Shift: Night/Morning Shift (12:00 AM IST / 6:00 AM IST)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) transactions, including purchase order creation and invoice receipting.

• Manage purchase order requests and monitor open purchase orders.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) queries, overdue payments, statement checks, and invoice-related issues.

• Maintain supplier master data, including bank account updates and compliance documentation.

• Perform financial processing, reconciliations, FX payments, and month-end reporting activities.

• Prepare Purchasing & Administration reports and maintain accurate records.

• Respond to stakeholder queries related to invoices, purchase orders, payments, and supplier information.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely resolution of operational requests.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and SLAs.

Eligibility:

• 2–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, or similar transactional finance processes.

• Good understanding of P2P, purchasing, receipting, accounting concepts, journals, accruals, and GRNI.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience working with workflow/document management systems.

• Experience in a shared services or offshore environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle JD, or similar is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Power BI and reporting tools is preferred.

• Willingness to work night and morning shifts.
