Role: Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Band: BPO 1/2

Salary: 6 to 7 LPA
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Include Night shift)



Education:

 Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)


Skills:

 Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes

 Prior experience in SCM Planning process

 Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry

 Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and Power BI tools)

 Experience of ERP – JD Edwards

 • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

Must Have:

Supply Planner, Replenishment Planning, Materials Planning, Supply Chain Planner, Distribution Planner, Work Order/production planning, Inventory management.


Good to have:

Demand Planning and forecasting


Responsibilities:

 Review exceptions messages generated by ERP system

 Analyze Supply and Demand

 Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams

 Raise material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing)

 Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports

 Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited

 Identify and resolve exceptions

 Reporting & escalating issues

 Publishing S/D balance reports

 Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering
