Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Key Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts with Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Strong experience in Core Payables and P2P operations

• Minimum 3 years of team handling experience

• MS Office proficiency

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Experience in SLA tracking, reporting, governance calls, and process improvements

Responsibilities:

• Manage work allocation and resolve process exceptions and queries

• Review complex P2P activities, duplicate payments, foreign payment issues, and royalty calculations

• Conduct review meetings with business and retained accounting teams

• Ensure quality, compliance, SLA adherence, and reporting

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence

• Interact with clients through governance calls and stakeholder meetings

• Lead the team to achieve business and operational goals

Eligibility:

• 7–10 years of relevant P2P/Finance & Accounts experience

• Willing to work from the Chennai office in rotational night shifts

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
