Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, and ongoing maintenance across enterprise systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to manage high-volume data operations while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration across enterprise systems.

• Capture, validate, and maintain customer data accurately according to defined data policies.

• Handle high-volume and time-sensitive data processing while maintaining quality and TAT.

• Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the customer data lifecycle.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data issues and implement preventive measures.

• Monitor systems for performance issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution.

• Follow defined SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data management processes.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with data management platforms or SaaS environments.

• Understanding of data governance, data security, and privacy practices.

• Experience working in SOP-driven and ticket-based support environments.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
