International Team Leader – Sales / Retention / Collections

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

We are looking for an experienced International Team Leader with strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills to manage teams in an international voice process. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in International Sales, Retention, or Collections, along with a strong track record of achieving performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling international customers.

• Drive team performance and achieve business and process targets.

• Handle escalation calls and resolve complex customer cases effectively.

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.

• Monitor individual and team KPIs and provide regular feedback.

• Ensure adherence to process, quality, and compliance standards.

• Manage customer retention, sales, or collections activities as applicable.

• Support the team in achieving performance-based incentive targets.

Eligibility Criteria – Strictly Mandatory

• SSC and above qualification.

• Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in International Sales, Retention, or Collections.

• Strong communication skills and leadership presence.

• Experience handling escalation calls and resolving complex customer cases.

• Proven track record of earning performance-based incentives.

• Only relevant International Team Leader experience will be considered.

• U.S. Night Shift, aligned with U.S. business hours.

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Weekly Offs
