Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) to manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations for global clients. The role involves leading German HR operations, handling complex employee lifecycle processes, mentoring teams, ensuring service excellence, and collaborating with global HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tier-1 and Tier-2 HR support for German-speaking employees.

• Manage HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

• Handle end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes:

  • Onboarding & Documentation

  • Employee Data Management

  • Transfers, Promotions & Organizational Changes

  • Leave Administration

  • Offboarding & Exit Management

• Process HR transactions using Workday HCM and other HRIS platforms.

• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and quality metrics.

• Mentor and coach HR Operations team members.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Global HR teams.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

• Participate in transition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in HR Shared Services / HR Operations / Global Business Services.

• German Language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS.

• Team handling and stakeholder management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• HR Operations Team Lead experience.

• Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning Operations.

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

• Workday HCM Certification.

• Goethe German Certification.
