Job Title : Supply Chain Team Lead/Ops Manager

Job Discription:

The Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager will be responsible for managing supply chain operations with a focus on sourcing and procurement activities, team management, client relationship management, delivery and quality monitoring, exception handling, and workflow optimization. The role involves monitoring operational and business objectives, identifying and managing potential risks, overseeing contract administration, handling escalations, and ensuring effective interaction with domestic and international suppliers and customers. The candidate will also be responsible for team motivation, process training, employee assessment, and maintaining smooth workflow delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  
  
• Handle and motivate the team to achieve operational objectives.
  
  
• Monitor delivery, quality, and exception handling.
  
  
• Conduct internal performance reviews with the team and leadership.
  
  
• Identify and manage potential operational risks
  
  
• Support contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.
  
  
• Ensure operational, functional, and business objectives are met as required by the contract.
  
  
• Support profitable and effective client interactions.
  
  
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

​

• 4–8 years of professional experience.
  
  
• 5–7+ years of experience working within Supply Chain Management.
  
  
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
  
  
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, or MBA is preferred/flexible.
