Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Services Analyst with experience in HR Operations and employee support processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle HR Operations activities such as:

  • Query Management

  • Email Management

  • Leave Management

  • Learning & Development Administration

  • Employee Support Operations

• Work on Oracle HCM or equivalent HRMS tools

• Support Helpdesk activities and handle employee queries/calls

• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents

• Ensure quality and accuracy in HR transactions

• Support team members through coaching and process improvements

• Prepare HR reports and MIS data

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams

• Follow compliance and process guidelines

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Operations

• Experience in Oracle HCM or equivalent HR systems is preferred

• Experience as a Quality Checker or process reviewer is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Coaching and team support skills

Good to Have

• International Workforce Administration (WFA) experience

• Global employee data management experience

• HRBP or HR Operations exposure

• HR Reporting and MIS experience

• Knowledge of tax/compliance processes

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
