Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, and service requests

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

Fluent in Thai - Spoken and written, able to handle professional and complex conversations

Good English communication skills - Training and systems in English

With or without BPO experience - Freshers welcome

Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - Valid work visa / TRV accepted for non-Filipino applicants
