We’re hiring an Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) to lead a fast-paced Content Moderation program. If you have a strong background in Trust & Safety, operational leadership, and driving team performance in a BPO environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Content Moderation operations to achieve business and client goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members for peak performance
• Drive quality, productivity, and operational excellence through data-driven decisions
• Handle escalations and implement effective process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and customer experience
• Present operational insights and business updates to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment
• Strong experience in Trust & Safety and/or Content Moderation (required)
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of digital advertising operations, Ad Reviews, campaign setup, and account configuration
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, payment-related concerns, and advertising metrics such as CPC, CPM, targeting, and conversion tracking
• Experience using platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift
