Job Description

We are hiring a Wealth & Banking Service Helpdesk Analyst to support high-net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors across banking and financial services. The role involves handling client service requests through phone, email, and digital channels, resolving banking-related queries, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate and compliant service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or client service, with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle client and Wealth Advisor service requests through phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

2. Support banking and wealth management transactions, including transfers, overdrafts, wire requests, and other day-to-day service requirements.

3. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, requests, and resolutions using CRM and Salesforce systems.

4. Build strong relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams while ensuring compliance with applicable banking and regulatory requirements.

5. Meet established SLA, quality, productivity, and client service performance targets while identifying opportunities to improve the overall client experience.

Required Skills

1. Strong client service and customer relationship management skills within banking or financial services.

2. Good knowledge of retail banking, wealth management, and financial products/services.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

4. Experience with Salesforce, Client Central, CRM platforms, or similar banking/wealth technology platforms is an advantage.

5. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Qualification

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.

• Candidates should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and technology-enabled service platforms.

• Ability to learn new banking systems, processes, and regulatory requirements quickly.
