• Support training initiatives for Order-to-Cash operations.

• Explain O2C workflows, procedures, policies, and process requirements clearly.

• Develop and update training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids.

• Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback to address knowledge gaps.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify training needs.

• Support process updates and ensure training materials reflect current operational requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal and global stakeholders.

• Deliver training demonstrations and support continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience.

• Hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience is mandatory.

• Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.

• Experience creating and delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.

• BFSI or financial services experience is preferred.

• Experience supporting international teams or interacting with global clients is an advantage.

• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Alabang on night shifts, including possible weekends.

• Ability to conduct a training demonstration during the interview.
