Job Summary

We are seeking a Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analyst to manage end-to-end trade settlement activities and ensure accurate processing of trades from execution to settlement. The role involves trade matching, exception management, inventory reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, and operational risk management while working closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee pre-matching and trade matching activities to ensure accurate settlement.

• Monitor unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and counterparties to resolve operational issues.

• Manage inventory positions, stock reconciliations, and depot transfers.

• Process trade lifecycle events while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.

• Investigate and resolve claims, discrepancies, and settlement-related issues.

• Prepare operational reports and monitor settlement risks.

• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with global operational teams to ensure seamless trade processing.

Required Skills

• Experience in Capital Markets Operations and Trade Settlements.

• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement processing, and reconciliation.

• Experience in trade matching, exception management, and inventory management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Settlements or Capital Markets Operations.

• Experience supporting trading activities across physical and/or financial products.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift.

• Must not be a current or former Accenture employee.

• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture.
