VP – Credit Middle Office Quality Control (Private Banking)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a VP – Credit Middle Office Quality Control to oversee administration, maintenance, and quality assurance of Private Banking credit facilities in line with corporate credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead a team of 25–30 QC Analysts across PBA and IPB regions
  
• 
  
• 
  Ensure accurate client onboarding, credit facility setup, documentation review, and covenant monitoring
  
• 
  
• 
  Manage exception tracking, escalation processes, and credit lifecycle controls
  
• 
  
• 
  Oversee SLA, capacity, and quality reporting for QC operations
  
• 
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with FIRREA, Reg Z, MDIA, and internal credit policies
  
• 
  
• 
  Collaborate with Credit Officers, Analysts, Underwriters, and global stakeholders
  
• 
  
• 
  Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  
• 
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 
  12+ years’ experience in banking or credit operations
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of credit products, loan documentation, and risk management
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience with credit systems (ARC, EN, SRGT, CRRT, OWL, SELM) is an advantage
  
• 
  
• 
  Proven leadership and people management experience
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
