About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to support Growth Marketing initiatives in the Philippines. The role will focus on marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, data governance, performance reporting, ABM programs and process optimization.

The candidate will work closely with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing teams to build scalable marketing processes and improve campaign and demand-generation performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, execute and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, paid, social and ABM channels.

• Manage segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.

• Manage campaign tracking, QA, deployment and reporting.

• Maintain marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Marketo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Ensure data quality, hygiene, deduplication, enrichment and lead routing.

• Build dashboards and reports covering funnel metrics, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Support ABM campaigns using Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus or similar platforms.

• Partner with Sales teams to improve lead handoff and ABM processes.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.

• Create SOPs, documentation and training materials.

• Drive continuous improvement of marketing operations processes.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo/MAP.

• Experience in marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle, segmentation and nurturing.

• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Exposure to ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense or Terminus is preferred.

• Experience with dashboards, analytics and campaign performance reporting.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
