Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing operations, processes, technology, analytics, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing marketing operations, driving process improvements, leveraging technology and data, and leading teams to achieve business objectives.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of marketing technology and automation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with AI tools, marketing platforms, data analytics, and technology-driven marketing initiatives will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day Marketing Operations activities and initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and operational standards.

• Support campaign planning, execution, tracking, and performance measurement.

• Analyze marketing data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Manage and optimize marketing technology, automation platforms, CRM systems, and related tools.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing performance and operational metrics.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Drive automation and technology initiatives to streamline repetitive marketing processes.

• Explore and support the use of AI tools and emerging technologies within marketing operations.

• Establish and maintain operational policies, processes, documentation, and best practices.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Marketing Operations team members.

• Manage priorities, deliverables, timelines, and team performance.

• Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis and operational insights.

• Support strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and complex projects.

• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Automation, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of marketing operations processes, campaign management, reporting, and analytics.

• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or marketing technology platforms.

• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and performance measurement.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO, shared services, technology, or international business environments is preferred.
