Role Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to handle customer interactions in both Spanish and English. You will assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and general support needs in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is open to candidates with conversational Spanish skills—no advanced certification is required.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English


Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and general support needs


Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience


Document interactions accurately using company systems


Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals


Qualifications

At least a high school graduate – required


Conversational Spanish skills – required; no advanced certification necessary


Experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required


At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience – required


Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City


Willing to work on a night shift / shifting schedule
