Role Summary (Concise):

The Senior Fund Administrator ensures accurate, efficient same-day processing of financial back-office requests. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to service standards while supporting smooth, quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  Process and reconcile financial transactions following established procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Handle specialized products/accounts, including sensitive or complex cases

  
  


• 
  

  Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate transaction records for audits/reviews

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor account activity and resolve discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  College undergraduate or graduate welcome

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 4 years experience in financial back-office roles (banking, insurance, loans, mortgage, etc.)

  Strong skills in processing, verifying, recording, and auditing transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Preferably from BPO or Shared Services

  Must work onsite and on graveyard shift in Taguig
