Are you a seasoned KYC/AML leader with proven experience managing teams, driving operational performance, and navigating complex financial crime compliance requirements?

We’re looking for an AML Regulatory Compliance Associate Manager to lead KYC operations, strengthen quality and compliance outcomes, and develop high-performing teams within a dynamic regulatory environment.

This is an opportunity for an experienced people leader who can combine deep KYC/AML expertise, operational discipline, risk awareness, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Lead

- Manage a team of KYC Analysts and take ownership of SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence at the pod level.

- Allocate workloads, manage queues, and optimize team capacity to consistently meet daily and weekly volume commitments.

- Conduct first-line review and approval of complex and high-risk KYC cases requiring leadership sign-off.

- Lead daily huddles and regular 1:1s, providing targeted coaching based on scorecards, QC findings, and individual performance trends.

- Drive new-hire ramp-up, monitor performance tiers, and implement timely improvement plans for underperforming analysts.

- Partner with Quality Control teams to identify recurring defects and drive coaching, retraining, and process improvements.

- Maintain ownership of attendance, shrinkage, schedule adherence, and team capacity, supported by accurate performance documentation.

- Identify and proactively manage attrition and employee-engagement risks.

- Escalate operational and compliance risks—including volume spikes, system issues, SOP gaps, and capacity constraints—with data-driven recommendations.

- Provide accurate pod-level performance narratives, root-cause analysis, and action plans for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).

- Lead onboarding initiatives and collaborate with Training teams to close knowledge gaps identified during the ramp-up process.

- Champion consistent KYC/AML practices and promote a culture of quality, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of relevant KYC/AML experience.

- At least 5 years of supervisory or people-management experience.

- Strong working knowledge of:

  - KYC – Know Your Customer

  - AML – Anti-Money Laundering

  - CDD – Customer Due Diligence

  - EDD – Enhanced Due Diligence

  - Sanctions Screening

  - Financial Crime Compliance

- Proven track record of leading KYC/AML teams and managing operational KPIs and regulatory requirements.

- Experience reviewing or escalating complex and high-risk cases.

- Strong understanding of quality management, performance coaching, SLA management, and operational risk.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume, compliance-driven environment.
