Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN QA Specialist to join our team and support our El Paso & Hartford Account. The ideal candidate is a licensed USRN with a strong clinical background, Utilization Review/Utilization Management experience, and proven Quality Assurance experience in a BPO/CPO setting.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license

• At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience

• 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review (UR) or Utilization Management (UM) experience

• At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) experience

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Willing to work in a Hybrid/TWFH setup

• Willing to report to any of the available sites: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga
