Are you an experienced BPO Sales leader with a strong background in outbound sales? We are hiring an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for a leading Travel program in Manila.
Must reside in the Philippines and be eligible to work there.
Location: MOA, Pasay City, Philippines

What We're Looking For
5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.
2–3 years of leadership/people management experience, preferably managing Sr. Team Leaders, Team Leaders, or other sales/operations leaders.
Strong experience in Outbound Sales and Inbound Sales.
Proven ability to drive sales performance, conversion, and revenue growth.
Strong expertise in objection handling and sales strategies.
Experience with performance metrics, coaching, action planning, and course correction.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and engaging personality.
Ability to develop strategies and implement improvements to team performance.
Travel & Hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially cruise lines or hotels.
Must be available to start immediately.
Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA.
