Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

 As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions. The position supports organizational transformation by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

 • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to promote shared understanding.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.

• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.

• Continuously monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

 Professional & Technical Skills:

 • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and their application within enterprise systems.

• Experience in designing and implementing quality control processes aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools to enhance operational performance.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.

 Additional Information:

 • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
