Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite during training; Hybrid after production
Onsite Requirement: 3x onsite per week upon production

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, including safety case processing and data management within pharmacovigilance safety databases.

The ideal candidate should have relevant healthcare or pharmacy experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates are required; candidates may apply with or without an active professional license.

• Nursing graduates will also be considered.

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance/safety case processing is preferred.

• Experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases such as Veeva Safety or Argus.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.

• Willingness to work fully onsite during training.

• Willingness to work hybrid with 3 days onsite per week upon moving to production.

• Candidates should be willing to work in Taguig.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage safety cases in accordance with pharmacovigilance procedures.

• Enter, review, and maintain accurate safety case information in pharmacovigilance databases.

• Perform data validation and quality checks on safety cases.

• Ensure case processing activities comply with established procedures and quality standards.

• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate for resolution.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to support timely case processing.

• Follow pharmacovigilance processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Meet established quality and productivity targets.
