WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


 Design & deliver cutting-edge training programs for Helpdesk newbies & veterans


Spot skill gaps and create tailor-made learning solutions


Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Trainers


Continuously upgrade training materials to keep learners engaged


Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals


Track training effectiveness and report on program impact


Mentor and coach team members for professional growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (NON-NEGOTIABLES):

5+ years BPO Training / L&D experience

3-4 years of Training Management experience

5+ years of BPO or Call Center industry experience

Advanced SQL proficiency – you can slice and dice data like a pro

Advanced API & integrations knowledge – you speak tech fluently

Digital advertising experience – must-have!

2-4 years in backend product support, ad tech, or technical integrations

SaaS experience – big plus!

Degree in HR, Org Development, or related field (preferred)
