We're Hiring: Training Content Designer

Salary: Up to PHP 55,000 (Depending on Skills & Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with experience in instructional design and e-learning development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training curricula and learning materials that support workforce development and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop effective training content.

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and learning materials.

• Plan and coordinate training programs and skills assessments.

• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training when introducing new learning programs.

• Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.

• Create and manage e-learning and computer-based training programs.

• Ensure training content is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.

• Maintain compliance with relevant professional and instructional design standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.

Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.

Strong background in Instructional Design.

Knowledge and experience in e-learning development.
