We are seeking a Training Content Designer with experience in Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, and Articulate 360 to create engaging, high-quality learning solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training curricula, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.

• Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training solutions.

• Develop content using Articulate 360 and other e-learning development tools.

• Create assessments, simulations, and interactive learning materials.

• Support trainers by providing instructional guidance and facilitating training when needed.

• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

• Ensure training materials meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Eligibility Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.

• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.

• Experience in E-Learning Development and creating interactive learning modules.
