Sutherland is hiring a Team Manager – SDR to lead a team of 3–15 sales representatives for a tech program. The role drives inbound lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting for cybersecurity solutions, ensuring leads progress through the pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage SDR team performance and sales pipeline.

  Follow up on inbound inquiries, prospect new clients, and qualify leads using Tenable’s criteria.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule demos/meetings and collaborate with the sales team on strategy.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Non-negotiable: Recent SaaS sales experience and working knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or system administration.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years managing a tech/SaaS sales team.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, CRM, and MS Office skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred.
