We are hiring a Shipping and Logistics Specialist for our Finance & Accounting account located in Eastwood. The role is responsible for handling back-office processes, shipping and logistics transactions, and providing customer support across finance, accounting, and logistics-related accounts.

Responsibilities:

Handle back-office and administrative tasks

Process shipping and logistics transactions

Provide customer and account support

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Coordinate with internal teams and clients

Qualifications:

College Graduate (Finance & Accounting, Marketing, or related courses)

With or without relevant work experience

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to work shifting schedules

High School Graduates with at least 1 year BPO experience may apply for Insurance Accounts

Salary:

Up to Php 25,000 per month
