Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to act as the primary technical authority, reviewing and challenging TSYS proposed solutions. You will bridge the gap between ticket management and deep technical analysis, ensuring system resilience, failover readiness, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Critically assess solution design, including performance parameters (transactions per second, scalability).

• Align TSYS solutions with bank-specific requirements.

• Provide hands-on leadership for production and operational calls.

• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution within SLAs.

• Drive escalations with clear data-backed insights.

• Ensure proactive mitigation of risks (e.g., RC91, performance bottlenecks).

• Serve as the single point of accountability for coordination with TSYS and ecosystem stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate – required.

• 10+ years relevant experience – required.

• TSYS Platforms expertise – required.

• Root Cause Analysis & SQL knowledge – required.

• Experience in production support, ISO 8583, Unix/Linux, Database Management.

• Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.

• Strong leadership and ticket management skills.

• Not a job hopper – stable employment history.
