Join Our Enterprise Integration Team

We are seeking an experienced Talend Support Consultant / Developer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise data integration solutions using Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in ETL/ELT development, enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, and Talend platforms, who enjoy solving complex integration challenges and delivering scalable, high-performance data solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to implement enterprise-grade integration solutions that support business-critical applications and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talend Development & Data Integration

​

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and enterprise data workflows.
  
• Build, enhance, and support ETL/ELT processes using Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
  
• Develop integrations between enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
  
• Optimize integration jobs for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  
• Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices.
  

Solution Design & Project Delivery

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
  
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, implementation plans, and supporting documentation.
  
• Participate in project planning, estimation, Agile ceremonies, and delivery activities.
  
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Support & Production Operations

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend integration jobs and workflows.
  
• Provide production support, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  
• Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, and support guides.
  
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team.
  

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
  
• Proven hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
  
• Strong experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
  
• Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
