We are seeking an experienced Director – Consulting Delivery to lead end-to-end service delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence for Canadian Wealth Management operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, operational transformation, financial performance, and strategic client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery across North American markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in BPO, consulting delivery, financial services, investment operations, or wealth management, with deep expertise in Canadian Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Canadian Wealth Management operations.

• Drive operational excellence, SLA achievement, and continuous process improvement.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Identify business growth opportunities and support proposals and account expansion.

• Manage P&L, financial forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.

• Lead transformation, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Optimize workforce planning, resource utilization, and delivery performance.

• Mentor and develop leadership teams while driving employee engagement and succession planning.

• Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, governance, and risk management standards.

• Collaborate with global teams and Communities of Practice to drive innovation and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage).

• Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in BPO, Consulting Delivery, Financial Services, or Operations Management.

• Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management, including investment operations, portfolio administration, client servicing, or regulatory reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, wealth platforms, and market practices.

• Experience managing North American enterprise clients within a multi-country delivery environment.

• Strong experience in P&L Management, financial planning, and business growth.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.

• Experience leading large-scale delivery and transformation programs.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift schedule.
