Senior Front-End / UI Developer – AEM | Hybrid | Makati

Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Night Shift – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to PHP 150,700/month

We're looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to build and enhance scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of professional Front-End/UI Web Development experience or equivalent senior-level capability.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

• Experience with Vue.js; React or Angular is a plus.

• Experience integrating web applications with REST APIs, backend services, and CMS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX implementation, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and debugging.

• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern development workflows.

Preferred AEM Experience

• AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service

• Adobe Cloud Manager

• Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, DAM

• CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Azure DevOps / JIRA

• Enterprise, multi-region, multi-brand, or high-availability web platforms

• Production experience with Vue.js

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, and scalable AEM-based web interfaces.

• Build and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.

• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality web experiences.

• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.

• Troubleshoot complex AEM, UI, browser compatibility, integration, and performance issues.

• Support enhancements, releases, migrations, stabilization, and production activities.

• Participate in code reviews and promote AEM, security, and front-end development best practices.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Backend, DevOps, Security, and business teams.
