What You’ll Do:

- Assist customers with product and service inquiries

- Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions

- Process requests, orders, returns, and other account-related concerns

- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction

- Maintain accurate customer information and transaction records

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months Customer Service experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

- Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules
