Job Title: Senior Developer – ServiceNow
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Ortigas, Pasig (ADB Office)

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions supporting enterprise initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with a passion for building scalable applications and optimizing platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Build advanced scripts, forms, and business rules to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Lead integration efforts with third-party systems and existing applications using standard protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and implement preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and platform standards.
- Support release management, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and platform efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong expertise in AppEngine and integrations.
- Proven experience in building complex applications, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
