Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years in Wealth Management - RM in banks, Private Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management

- Must have QC and supervisory experience, or strong SME knowledge

- Will be validated during interview for QC experience, coaching experience, and QA experience

- Open to applicants in the Philippines with right to work

Responsibilities:

- Support Wealth clients and advisors with service and problem resolution via phone and email

- Serve as SME on banking products, processes, and programs

- Provide proactive solutions for complex financial needs

- Ensure compliance with operations manuals, audits, and regulations

- Maintain strong relationships with Wealth advisors and internal teams

- Handle complex service issues and transactions for Wealth clients efficiently

- Process wire agreements and time-sensitive requests with attention to detail

- Collect data, report trends, and identify improvement opportunities

- Lead innovative projects to improve Wealth processes and services

- Provide training and floor support to teammates

- Log interactions and resolutions in CRM / Salesforce

- Achieve quality, productivity, and behavioral targets
