We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented professionals to join our BPO operations as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Reporting Analyst. The role focuses on analyzing business data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Analyze business performance metrics and trends
Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and integrity of reports and data
Support operational improvements through analytics

Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of reporting or analytics experience in a BPO setting
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and data visualization skills
